How quickly will you contact me?

We aim to get back to you within 24 hours, but will usually be in touch sooner

How much money will you offer me for my property ?

Usually between 75% and 80% of the current market value, based on recent sales in your area

How quickly will I get my money ?

We aim for a quick completion, usually within 4 weeks from our initial offer .

What will it cost me ?

Selling your house through us will save you estate agents fees and we will also pay your solicitors fees.

I'm being repossessed next week, is it too late for me ?

No, we have solicitors who can help stop the repossession on your behalf, but you'll need to get in touch quickly.

How much will it cost me ?

We make no charge.  We also pay your solicitors fees, there's no estate agents fees, so the price we quote you is the money you'll receive.

Where do you buy houses & flats ?

We are currently buying properties in Salisbury , Amesbury , Tidworth , Bournemouth & Poole , Gosport , Portsmouth & Plymouth.
